Why can't I log into the website?

Can't receive the verification code?
We recommend that you do not repeatedly click to request a verification code. It is advised to wait for a while in case of a delay. When the number of users requesting verification codes is high the system will sometimes slowdown. Repeatedly clicking to request verification code may result in you receiving multiple verification codes later, which may cause a mismatch between input time and submission time. Therefore, resulting into prompts error.
First time WeChat authorized login, mobile phone has been registered but can not log in?
If you encounter this prompt, your mobile phone number has already been registered. It is recommended that you use the previously registered account to login. If you do not remember your password you can request a password recovery on the login page. After you recover your password you can bind your WeChat account.
