李克强总理周二在会见主要国际组织领导人时呼吁加强市场化改革。李肇星说，中国将进一步精简行政管理，加强政府服务，降低税费，促进公平管理，激发市场主体活力。中国还将更好地符合国际规则，全面落实市场准入负面清单。他补充说，尽管中国在世界银行发布的《2018年营商报告》中跃升32位，但中国仍有进一步改善的潜力，并将建立一个世界领先的商业环境。

Premier Li Keqiang called for strengthening market-oriented reforms when meeting with leaders of key international organizations on Tuesday.

Li said China will further administrative streamlining, enhance government services and cut taxes and fees to promote equitable management and stimulate the vitality of market entities.

China also will better align with international rules and fully carry out the negative list of market access, he said. Though China jumped 32 places up in the Doing Business 2018 report, released by the World Bank, the country still has potential for further improvement and will build a world-leading business environment, he added.
