目前,全国高速公路联网收费的新系统正式启用并已运行了10多天,有不少车主反映:使用ETC时出现多扣费、客服热线接通困难及电子标签激活异常等问题。
1月14日,粤通卡运营单位广东联合电子服务股份有限公司(以下简称“联合电服”)向记者表示,推动快速退款,对金额明确的先退费后核实调账。
针对使用ETC时出现多扣费问题,“联合电服”将试行先行垫付多收通行费,先向用户退费,再联系道路业主核实和调账。
客服人员提醒,车主如遇扣费异常,可在“粤通卡”微信公众号输入“扣费异常”,根据提示填写投诉表单,如核实为多扣费,会马上安排退款。
