This is a Hatha yoga class where the focus is on holding the asanas steady and pleasantly, keeping the body and mind relaxed giving the opportunity to practice posture, meditation and proper breathing all together at the same time. The class is designed to develop concentration and mindfulness and the students will have their time to look within and learn about their own body and mind.

Bruno believes that when the students have a good experience and learn something new their practice also improves and they become more confident in the practice, in the teacher and in themselves.
