职位职责：

3）能够对相关专业的英/中文稿是否具有发表SCI的可能性进行，找出论文的优缺点，并能提出如何修改或进一步提高该文章质量的专业性建议与意见
4）能够对英文文章进行语言润色及逻辑修改
